366 Weird Movies Guest Review – Jodorowsky’s Dune

New_Picture

“Greetings my friends! We are all interested in the future for that is where you and I are going to spend the rest of our lives.” This communication however is not about the future but about the past. This is a ridiculously tardy announcement about my guest review over at 366 Weird Movies for Jodorowsky’s Dune which was posted on July 1. Click here to check it out. Since I am here and all I might as well add that I posted some images from the documentary on my tumblr page…here.

Fantastic review,Terri! Glad you are still writing now and again. The documentary is excellent, and it’s a crying shame the film never got made! What a marvelous offbeat cast they had ready! When you think of the millions of dollars wasted on films that turn out to be cinematic vomit these days,Jodorowsky’s unfilmed dream is even more frustrating! Anyway, well done Goregirl! :)

Thanks Conrad. What a dream that film would have been! Having read a few of his science fiction graphic novels I have no doubt Dune would have been a masterpiece.
